When Social Services have become involved with your family, you will require guidance and advice about their role and the consequences of their involvement within your family. If the concerns of Social Services are not resolved or escalate, they may issue Court proceedings to obtain a Care Order which would allow them to share parental responsibility with the parents of the child.
